Hence, the name Flexoffice was selected and chosen as we believe the skills, talent and the ability of each individual and as a team, able to commit and transform the office working environment with special designs of office furniture.
Established in 1993, Flexoffice is a brand with comprehensive range of system furniture products with innovative designs to meet the most diverse and varied requirements for any work environment and organization. The company have progressively expanded and housed within the facilities for product R&D, design showroom, and factory for production and assembly.

Our Story
Our story began in 1993. Back then we started as an interior design company with the goal to be the best in the industry when it comes to design and build projects. However, we found that the market have been lacking of office furniture that can be customized to fit our clients preference and requirements for their office. Hence, we decided to diversify our business into manufacturing as we strive to satisfy our client’s needs under the brand FLEXOFFICE.
FLEXOFFICE is a brand with a comprehensive range of system furniture products with innovative designs to meet the most diverse and varied requirements for any work environment and organization.
The company has steadily and progressively expanded over the years and housed within our buildings are facilities for R&D, design showroom, administration and a factory for production, assembly and warehousing.
Today, we are privilege to have supplied our furniture systems to many corporate companies such as Telekom Malaysia, Glomac Berhad, MSM Sugar Refinery (Johor), Petronas and we have been working well with interior designers throughout Malaysia.
Flexoffice system’s efficiency and capability have also put us at the forefront to compete internationally in the global market. Our current exports include USA, India, Singapore and more.
Our ultimate goal is to serve and empower every person and every organizations to achieve more with a more productive, comfortable and healthy work environment.
