Housed within its building in Cheras Jaya Industrial Estate are facilities for R&D, showroom, administration and 18,000 sq. ft. factory at Balakong for production, assembly, and warehousing.

The products manufactured by IDSB Flexoffice Open Plan System were developed in response to identified needs of specific user groups in terms of pricing, function and flexibility. This underlies our philosophy of constantly striving to meet new and ever increasing demands expected of office furniture. This is achieved by working in co-operation with major corporate clients and established designers and architects.

Today IDSB occupies a 6,000 sq. ft. office space which comprises of the administration office and showroom, where display the full collection of Flexoffice Open Plan System, system furniture and seating and 18,000 sq. ft. factory at Balakong to manufacture open plan system.

Our efficient management has also put IDSB forefront to compete internationally in the global market under our export marketing arm, Flexoffice Snd Bhd. Current exports include Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, Australia, India, Bangladesh, Papua New Guinea, Middle East and Philippine. We are optimistic of further expanding our market internationally through our participation in oversea exhibitions.

IDSB is endowed with dynamic and capable management, sales and project team with proven experience in handling major projects. IDSB has also built a strong and experience in-house team of workers to carry out all the projects of which we believe will assist us in our quality control and cost efficiency to both our clients and ourselves. For job that is assigned to our sub-contractors, all quality and workmanship are personally supervised and monitored by our Directors, Designing Team and Project Co-ordinators.

Last but not least, we wish to emphasize our commitment to all important area of after-sales. While IDSB's products feature durability and ease of maintenance, we also give due consideration to areas like product warranty, availability of replacement components, stocking and delivery programmes
