Ilham Delta Sdn Bhd (IDSB), the pioneer company, was started with major business in commercial renovation, interior design and office furniture supply. IDSB is endowed with dynamic and capable management, sales and project team with proven experience in handling major projects. It has been our underlying philosophy of constantly striving to meet new and ever increasing demands expected of office furniture. With our strength on product development, we had developed 4 types of Open Plan Office products and system which can be incorporated into the commercial renovation package to increase our strength and competitiveness as well as penetration into overseas market. Therefore, Flexoffice Sdn Bhd has been set up to manufacture the products and systems for cost effective to be competitive in global markets.

NATURE OF BUSINESS AND OPERATIONS
Flexoffice Sdn Bhd is engaged in the business of manufacturing and exporting of office furniture products and systems. The products and system are produced under the corporate brand name of 'FLEXOFFICE'. The sales and services aspects of local markets are mainly handled by its associate company, Ilham Delta Sdn Bhd as well as appointed dealers for the products locally and overseas.

Nevertheless, our research and development does not end here as we have successfully new elegant high-tech design and structure product namely office accessories for example table legs in response to continuously meeting new and ever increasing demands expected of office furniture. We have been emphasizing on product development and increasing our marketing strategy in order to broaden our customer base to global market besides local markets as well as participating in internationally recognized local and overseas exhibition. We have plans and are confident in competing globally with other international companies based on our good products which provide us a strong marketing tool in terms of pricing and functionality.

Last but not least, we wish to emphasize our commitment to all-important area of after-sales. Whilst our products feature-durability and ease of maintenance, we also give due consideration to areas like product warranty, availability of replacement components, stocking and delivery programs. Coupled with continuing efforts by Flexoffice to integrate and upgrade its capabilities, the prospects of the company is anticipated to be bright, thus providing a boost to its financial performance.
